The Main Villa (250 ㎡), just 60 meters away from the beach, features a private swimming pool (50 ㎡ surface), numerous outdoor shaded areas, a beautiful garden, and a chapel. There is also a generator covering every need the villa may have.
The Villa enjoys a panoramic sea view, spacious lounge areas and comfortable sun beds, ideal for moments of fun under the sun!
The Main Villa is formed in 2 levels and consists of 1 bedroom with a spacious bathroom & Jacuzzi, a dining room, a fully equipped with modern appliances kitchen, a spacious living room, a utility room and a wc. A beautiful staircase leads to the 2nd level where 2 additional bedrooms and a spacious independent bathroom are located.

Conditions
• Minimum stay 7 nights
• Prices are based per night & include tax 13%, customer service 24/7 and daily housekeeping. Tourism tax 0.50€/house per day is not included.
• Check-in: 4:00pm – check-out: 10:00am – children are welcomed.
• Please bring proof of identification (passport required for non-residents).
Payment & Booking
For reservations more than 30 days prior to check-in:
• Down payment 40% of the total amount upon reservation. – Balance 60% of the amount 30 days prior to arrival.
For reservation less than 30 days prior to check-in:
• Down payment 100% of the total amount upon reservation. – Security deposit will be held by credit card pre-authorisation upon arrival.
• INCLUDED SERVICES – Welcome drink & fresh fruits – Daily maid service, change linen and towels twice a week and pool maintenance. – Discount at Alemagou restaurant and bar. – Special rates for breakfast at Alemagou.
Cancellation policy
All bookings are refundable, if cancelled up to 30 days prior arrival. For cancellations less than 30 days from the arrival date, the whole amount of the total reservation will be charged.
